Dear DJM: You make some excellent points, and I thank you for them. Given that this is the level of my readership on this substack, I am absolutely delighted. Great insights. On many of them, we will have to agree to disagree, since I see no way of proving you wrong about my speculations. You make a very good point about the critics not being in a position to pardon him. However, they are in a position to call for his pardon. They have not done so, which undermines their case just a bit. It does not prove them wrong, but it does undermine their position. Best regards, Walter

Yariv Levin, Benjamin Netanyahu's deputy prime minister who serves also as Israel's Minister of Justice, issued an emergency order suspending the trial in the aftermath of October 7. The judges in the trial resumed proceedings in or about January of this year, but on a limited schedule, so as not to interfere with Netanyahu's prosecution of the Gaza genocide and Israel's wars against Syria, Iran, Lebanon, and Yemen. If memory serves, on at least two occasions since January, Netanyahu's attorneys have requested and received trial delays on account of his duties as head of state during wartime. His trial judges have generally been receptive to these pleas, and as things stand today, Netanyahu will not have to testify in court until early next year at the earliest.

Thus, there can be no doubt that Israel's war-fighting and genocidal orgy have had the effect of delaying Netanyahu's trial. Defendants may benefit from trial delays because witnesses die, recollections become hazy, reputations change, credibility ebbs and flows, and evidence turns up missing. Depending upon the evidence against them, defendants may well have good cause to delay proceedings for precisely those reasons.

Is Netanyahu guilty as criminally charged? I have no idea. Is he keeping Israel in a state of war in order to delay adjudication of the criminal charges against him, or otherwise to remain in power? Only he knows what is actually in his mind, but the evidence is manifest that he knows that continuation of the state of war forestalls either his conviction or acquittal.

Evidence is not tantamount to proof, Professor Block, but your assertion that no such evidence exists is plainly false.

Unz is the nexus of anti-joo evil--all haters welcome. Makow 2nd. Both a shame ta the race. Seriously they are feted (more like fetid) as proof that we joos are awful cuz they are the biggest haters of all (oy the irony)

A fierce team-tag debate is needed with Unz (mebbe Makow) on one side an' a boffo team on the other--yerself, Francisco Gil White, Melanie Phillips... I dunno knock yerselfs out, make up a decent group cuz sunlight is the only thing that'll put their doity laundry in the light... Otherwise they seem ta be untouchable which ain't good... (I'm asking pals about their attics...)

I'm first ta send out some boos BB's way fer imposin' the deadly clot shots & Green Pass on the citizens of Israel--Green Pass like the yellow star BUT when it comes to not givin' up Philidelphi Corridor an' this existential crisis fer Israel, I'll (fer now) give the damn "Green Pass" a pass.. First things first, am yisrael chai--

tellin' ya--we need a team to debate Unz the reigning champ of joo-hate.... (oh he sez the blood libel mebbe true?!--the guy is too much..who raised him?.)

(unemployed "acteur" here--I write in the vernacular but my take is sincere ;-)

Political differences are illustrated best, not with a continuum, but with a circle, the far left and far right meeting with a unified vision. The National Socialists (NAZIS) and International Socialists (Communists) are both totalitarian Jew-haters, just as the German Nazis and Soviet Communists were, and the Islamic Jihadis are today. We shouldn't argue with them; we should terminate them.
